Creating a phiery account is straightforward. Click the phiery Login link in the navigation menu and select "Register." You will need to provide:
  • A valid Philippine mobile number
  • A working email address
  • A government-issued ID for age verification
  • Proof that you are 21 years of age or older
Once your details are submitted and verified, your account will be active and ready to use. The whole process typically takes under five minutes.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on phiery. This is a strict requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. phiery performs mandatory age verification on every account. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and any deposited funds returned.

No. phiery strictly allows only one account per person. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in all accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery option on the login page rather than creating a new account.

After registration, phiery will send a verification link to your registered email address. Click the link to confirm your email. You will also be asked to upload a clear photo of a valid government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID) to complete identity and age verification. Accounts that are not verified within 30 days may be suspended.

Go to the phiery Login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter your registered email address and phiery will send you a secure password reset link. The link expires after 30 minutes for security reasons. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team at [email protected].

Log in to your phiery account and go to Account Settings. You can update your contact number, email address, and communication preferences from there. Changes to your legal name or date of birth require supporting documentation and must be submitted to our support team for manual review, as these are tied to your identity verification record.

Your phiery balance should update within seconds of completing the transaction in your GCash or Maya app. If your balance has not updated after 5 minutes, please take a screenshot of your GCash transaction confirmation and send it to our support team at [email protected] for manual verification.

Yes. The minimum deposit on phiery is ₱100 for GCash and Maya transactions. Bank transfer minimums may vary depending on your bank's own transfer limits. There is no maximum deposit limit set by phiery, though your chosen payment provider may impose their own daily limits.

phiery does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (GCash, Maya, or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees. We recommend checking your provider's fee schedule before making a deposit. Any fees charged by third-party providers are outside phiery's control.
Withdrawals & Payouts

Log in to your phiery account and go to the Cashier section. Select "Withdraw," choose your preferred payout method (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer), enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm. Make sure your account is fully verified before requesting a withdrawal – unverified accounts cannot process payouts.

Processing times depend on your chosen withdrawal method:
  • GCash / Maya – typically 15 minutes to 1 hour after approval
  • Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, etc.) – 1 to 3 business days
Withdrawals are reviewed by our payments team before processing. Most requests are approved within 1 hour during business hours. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours, please contact support.

The minimum withdrawal amount on phiery is ₱200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, though very large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks as part of our standard anti-money laundering compliance procedures.

Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include:

Welcome bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which means you need to wager the bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw the bonus winnings. Always read the full bonus terms before opting in.

A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) means you must wager your bonus funds a set number of times before they can be converted to real withdrawable cash. For example, if you receive a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of ₱10,000 in bets using that bonus before you can withdraw. Different games may contribute different percentages toward meeting the wagering requirement – slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less.

No. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been fully met. Your real money balance and bonus balance are tracked separately in your phiery account. You can always withdraw your real money balance at any time, but bonus funds and bonus winnings are locked until wagering is complete.

If you do not wish to accept a bonus, you can opt out during the deposit process by unchecking the bonus offer. If you have already accepted a bonus and wish to forfeit it, go to Account Settings and select "Forfeit Bonus." Note that forfeiting a bonus will also remove any winnings generated from that bonus.
